Dr Natalie Nanayakkara an academic endocrinologist, clinical research fellow to Australian National Diabetes Audit (ANDA) and a diabetes clinical and research fellow in the department of Endocrinology and Diabetes at at Monash Health. Having recently completed advanced training in endocrinology, Dr Nanayakkara is currently undertaking a PhD examining glucometabolic health and aging at the Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation (MCHRI), School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Monash University. Her research interests include the prevention, diagnosis and management of diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Dr Nanayakkara has made over 10 presentations at major national and international meetings in the past five years in addition to a number of papers in the diabetes and endocrine area
