Jayne Lehmann’s diabetes care skills have developed from 30 years of working with people with diabetes and a broad range of organisations and health settings in South Australia and nationally. Self-employed for the past 20 years after working for 10 years in the Diabetes Education Unit at Flinders Medical Centre, she now conducts diabetes education clinics at three sites, with one a specialised service for people with intellectual disability in Brighton South Australia. Jayne aims to shift the attitude and skills of individuals and organisations to enable them to provide quality diabetes care to people with diabetes. She is a frequent speaker, published author, resource designer, researcher, blogger, advocate and commentator on all things diabetes!
